Client Service Associate - Remote Work

As a Client Service Associate at Penske Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner - Assisting clients with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and resolving issues - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve processes - Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
