Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a remote work position, offering part-time hours at the Associate level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client service or related role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing support as needed - Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs - Conduct research to gather information on industry trends and competitor analysis - Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative strategies for client engagement and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client service processes and procedures - Track and report on client metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Adaptable and resilient attitude towards handling various client situations - Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of colleagues - Proven research skills to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service - Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus
