Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a part-time position at an Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and general customer service inquiries. 3. Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions to enhance the client experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement. 4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and be available to work during regular business hours in Canberra.
