Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Tesoro is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online chat to provide exceptional service and support. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and any inquiries or issues they may have. 3. Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist clients. 7. Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve the client experience and streamline processes.

Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate about delivering excellent client service. 2. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently. 6. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
