Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Public Service Enterprise Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is ideal for candidates with 7 years of experience at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Develop and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Make strategic decisions to enhance client experience and drive business growth - Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely delivery of services - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong decision-making and presentation skills - Passionate about providing exceptional client service - Reliable and able to work independently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
