Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Icahn Enterprises, a leading global diversified holding company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity for remote work. This position is located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and is at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your main responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing client accounts, and providing support to the sales team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, energetic, and possess strong persuasion skills. Attention to detail is essential in this role, as is the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. You must have a strong customer service orientation and be dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
