Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

BB&T Corp. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be primarily remote work, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be confident, driven, and have excellent communication and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Research and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate clients on company products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Confident and driven personality - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Bachelor's degree preferred
