Wisr is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following personality traits: resilience and confidence. In addition, the candidate should have strong soft skills, including emotional intelligence and critical thinking.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing them with the necessary information and support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database.
Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
