Job Description:
Kogan.com is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Representative to join our remote team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction 3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication 4. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools 5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints 6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests 7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 8. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently 9. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention 10. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and feedback
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-focused role 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong project management skills 4. Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with a positive attitude 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. High level of computer proficiency 8. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms 9. Must have a quiet workspace and stable internet connection for remote work
