Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


Hanesbrands, a leading apparel company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues. 3. Maintain accurate client records and update database as needed. 4. Assist with order processing, tracking, and delivery status updates. 5. Handle client inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services. 7. Conduct quality assurance checks on client interactions to ensure a high level of service is maintained.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits. 2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote work setting. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
