Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Jones Financial is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide support and answer any inquiries they may have. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 5. Provide feedback to management on common client issues and potential improvements to our services. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and client needs. 2. Independence: Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage tasks. 3. Creativity: Ability to find innovative solutions to client issues. 4. Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach. 5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
