Fluor, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience, who are hardworking, resilient, and possess strong problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Coordinate client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution with internal teams. 3. Assist in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and materials. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve client support processes and procedures. 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 4.
