Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Avis Budget Group is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, remote position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, building strong relationships and trust - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and potential opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Develop and deliver client training sessions, webinars, and other support materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination - Proactively address any client escalations and work towards resolution

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in a client support or account management role, preferably in the services industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic, independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills - Critical thinking and analytical skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
