Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Essendant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure smooth communication and operations - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a client support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional service - Creative thinker with a strong ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
