Job Description - Client Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Redbubble, an innovative online marketplace for print-on-demand products, is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, offering part-time hours and reporting to the Customer Support Director.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for Redbubble's clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Manage client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. 6. Provide ongoing training and support to clients on how to best utilize Redbubble's platform. 7. Work closely with internal teams to prioritize and address client needs and requests. 8. Track and report on key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. At least 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 4. Strong innovation and teamwork skills. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 8. Availability to work part-time hours and attend occasional team meetings.
