Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Envato is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is perfect for someone who is driven, adaptable, and has at least 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve client issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary - Educate clients on our products and services - Provide product demonstrations and tutorials as needed - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience
