Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, product information, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in client support
