Client Support Representative - Remote Work

CSX is currently seeking a passionate and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an entry-level position, no specific years of experience are required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat - Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed - Educate clients on products and services offered by the company - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations and problem-solving - Creativity in finding innovative solutions for client issues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
