Job Description:
REA Group is seeking a talented and motivated Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely, allowing for flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to ensure a seamless user experience. 3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Conducting research to better understand client needs and preferences, and using this information to improve our offerings. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to address client concerns and provide efficient solutions. 6. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and maintaining client databases. 7. Proactively reaching out to clients to offer support and assistance as needed. 8. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 3+ years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 5. Proficient in people management and research soft skills. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Familiarity with CRM software and other client support tools. 8. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
