Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

General Mills is seeking a reliable and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met - Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to continually improve skills


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
