Job Description:
Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level Contact Center Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Northwestern Mutual products and services - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
