Job Description:


Hilton is hiring a Contact Center Assistant for remote work in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time entry-level position requires 0 years of experience. We are looking for passionate and resilient individuals who possess soft skills such as innovation and teamwork.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints - Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes to bookings - Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Stay up-to-date on Hilton products, services, and promotions - Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by management


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
