Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Illinois Tool Works is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs effectively. 5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs set by the company. 8. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 9. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers. 4. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 5. Creativity and time management skills. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred. 8. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work.
