Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is seeking a highly experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia, AU. This is a part-time remote work position with a focus on managing and overseeing our contact center operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of contact center best practices.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote contact center agents to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations. 2. Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve performance and productivity. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their professional development. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training materials for contact center staff. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements to operations.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making and teamwork soft skills. 3. 8+ years of experience in contact center management. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of driving team performance and exceeding goals. 6. Understanding of contact center technologies and reporting tools. 7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
