Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Manager at Freeport-McMoRan, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote contact center in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a contact center environment. As an Associate Level position, you will report to senior management and play a key role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to ensure the contact center is meeting or exceeding targets. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 8. Lead by example, demonstrating energy and adaptability in all aspects of your role.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 5 years of experience in a contact center environment, with a proven track record of success. 3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Energetic and adaptable personality traits. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively in a virtual environment.
