Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Navient is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time remote position suitable for an individual with mid-to-senior level experience in contact center management. As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the contact center, including monitoring key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement. 3. Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and abilities. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in contact center management or a related field. 2. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members. 4. Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 5. Proficient in time management and able to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
