Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Contact Center Manager to join our team at Aristocrat Leisure, a leading gaming technology company. This is a remote work opportunity based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations to ensure a high level of customer service and efficiency.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives and supervisors 3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints 5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors 6. Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives 7. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members 8. Create and maintain training programs for new hires and ongoing development for current staff


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role 3. Strong leadership and communication skills 4. Confident and hardworking personality traits 5. Proficiency in planning and critical thinking 6. Ability to work independently and remotely 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals 8. Experience with contact center software and tools 9. Australian Capital Territory residency or willingness to relocate
