Job Description:
Allstate is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, possess excellent persuasion skills, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests 2. Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to customers and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database 5. Follow up with customers to ensure that their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction 6. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed customer expectations 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 5. Energetic and confident personality with a positive attitude 6. Persuasion skills and the ability to effectively communicate and influence others 7. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service to customers
