Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Genworth Financial is seeking a dedicated and confident individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative, working remotely from Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and transactions - Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Using decision-making skills to escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Planning and prioritizing tasks effectively to meet performance targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and dedicated personality traits - Strong planning and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or qualifications preferred
