AutoNation is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the unique opportunity to work remotely from your home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone and through other communication channels.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues - Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed performance targets - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry trends - Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - High level of emotional intelligence and leadership qualities - Proven track record of achieving performance goals and KPIs - Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Hardworking and driven attitude towards continuous improvement
