Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lansing Trade Group is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, remote work position at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues promptly and professionally. 3. Utilize CRM software to accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records. 4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals related to call volume, customer satisfaction, and resolution times. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and resourceful individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. 4. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 5. Ability to work remotely and stay motivated and productive without direct supervision.
