Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Williams is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Perth, Western Australia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information to customers about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
