Job Description - Customer Care Assistant - Remote Work

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team at Barnes & Noble in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and work in a flexible remote environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
