Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Farmers Insurance Exchange is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This is a remote work position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and follow up on customer interactions - Utilize project management skills to track and prioritize customer requests and ensure timely resolution - Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Solid project management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual team setting is a plus
