Job Description:


Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role requires a high level of energy, resilience, and excellent decision-making skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and issues.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution is reached. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics. - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude. - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well in a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to changing work environments.
