Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Oil Search is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position will be remote, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information and resolving billing issues - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide support and guidance to Customer Care Representatives as needed


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Strong project management skills - High level of emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
