Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Care Manager to join our remote team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our customer care team and ensuring exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Lead and supervise a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures related to customer care. 7. Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer care performance and metrics for senior management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. 3. Strong strategic planning skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Motivated and resilient with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
