Job Description - Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Nike is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and exchanges. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate department if needed. 4. Process orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay informed about Nike products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to research and problem solve. 4. Must be reliable, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
