Job Description - Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Care Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Adelaide, South Australia. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and internal team members via phone, email, and chat. 2. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assist with scheduling appointments, processing orders, and coordinating referrals. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Ability to think critically and plan effectively to solve customer issues. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and be able to work remotely. 6. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours and be available for occasional weekend shifts. 8. Must be located in Adelaide, South Australia.
