Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and troubleshoot technical issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer service expectations and key performance indicators
