Job Description:
Exxon Mobil is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Use critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs and concerns. 7. Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. 9. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 4. Motivated and self-driven individual who takes initiative. 5. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. 6. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and come up with solutions. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 8. Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service functions.
