Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Alphabet in a remote work position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This is a part-time position with entry-level seniority, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer care.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, shipping, returns, and general inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate any trends or patterns in customer inquiries to improve our products and services


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others - Excellent time management skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently from a remote setting - High school diploma or equivalent - No previous experience required - we will provide training
