ANZ Stadium is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in a remote work position based in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time role requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, who is confident, independent, innovative, and possesses strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Confident and independent with the ability to work remotely without direct supervision. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Innovative mindset with a focus on finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite. 7.
