APA Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This entry-level position is based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, and does not require any previous experience.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and online chat. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries, as well as processing orders and resolving any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders and updating records in our system - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Identifying opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
