Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Assistant at Darden Restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued patrons while working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is perfect for someone at an Associate Level with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries, take orders, and provide support - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist in processing customer orders and payments accurately - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide recommendations and answer customer questions - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service - Meet and exceed set targets for customer satisfaction and response times - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference

Requirements: - Confident and motivated with a positive attitude towards customer service - Strong people management and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
