Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our remote team based in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Resilient personality with the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 2. Confident in communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively. 3. Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. 4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
