Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


Starwood Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia, in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of customer service operations for our hotel chain. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and supervise customer service representatives - Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Hardworking and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work remotely and independently - Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
