Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Broadcom is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing customer accounts and processing orders accurately. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. 9. Working closely with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals. 10. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 5. Demonstrated people management and leadership skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Flexibility to work part-time hours. 9. A dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection. 10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
