Job Description:

Best Buy is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. This position will be a remote work position, providing flexibility and convenience for our employees.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Assist customers with order placement and tracking - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed customer service performance objectives

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and persuade customers effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
