Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Incitec Pivot is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis in Perth, Western Australia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Assist customers with product information and recommendations - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service expectations and KPIs

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and adaptable to changing circumstances - Critical thinking skills and ability to think strategically - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
